royalton is perfectly located near times square, central park, and 5th avenue. the staff was super friendly, always greeting us and asking about our day! the room was larger than expected with a comfy bed and great bathroom amenities. loved the vibrant bar scene available for drinks!

The room was surprisingly large and had a cozy fireplace! I loved the spacious layout with lots of couch space. The shower was simply amazing, really enjoyed it!

Had a productive stay while I was in town for a business trip. The room was spacious with ample power outlets, which made charging my devices convenient. I appreciated the clean and modern decor, and the staff were attentive throughout my stay. The bar area was a nice spot to unwind after a long day, even though the service was a bit slow during peak times.

My family spent a long weekend here, and the staff made us feel truly special. with excellent coffee available just steps away and easy access to Bryant Park and Times Square, we couldn't have asked for a better spot to explore the city on foot.

i had a nice stay at royalton. the staff was incredibly helpful, especially the valet and room service. the rooms were surprisingly large for a hotel close to times square. i also enjoyed the variety of cocktails available for guests looking to relax. overall, it has great potential.

The check-in staff handled an awkward situation with professionalism. I had an uncomfortable experience with staff entering my room without knocking. I appreciate their prompt follow-up and explanation after the incident, though I felt the apology could have included some form of compensation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was incredible, especially Stefano who helped us with our luggage like it was nothing, so smooth. The complementary room upgrade after our long journey was a gesture that made a real difference in our day.
