The check-in staff handled an awkward situation with professionalism. I had an uncomfortable experience with staff entering my room without knocking. I appreciate their prompt follow-up and explanation after the incident, though I felt the apology could have included some form of compensation.
Uncomfortable room with poor lighting and a window facing a wall. The atmosphere was dark and not welcoming.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was incredible, especially Stefano who helped us with our luggage like it was nothing, so smooth. The complementary room upgrade after our long journey was a gesture that made a real difference in our day.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but for the experience we received, I’d say it was still reasonable.
